Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're happy to provide documentation before work begins so you're not taking that on faith.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Whitby and take on projects across Durham, York, Peel, and Halton Region, as well as the City of Toronto.
Do you subcontract the work, or use your own crew?
It depends on the trade — some specialty work (like certain electrical or engineering sign-offs) goes to licensed partners we've worked with repeatedly, but we manage the job from start to finish either way.
